How do I renew my subscription?
The subscription is renewed by purchasing the desired period above. If you are already logged in, the subscription will be assigned to your current account. If you purchase a subscription without being logged in:
- If an account exists with the email address you provide – we will extend the subscription on that account.
- If no account exists with that email, we will automatically create a new account with the provided email and apply the subscription for the paid period.
The subscription is paid, but nothing happened…
These situations should not occur, but if they do – we’re here to help. Just contact us by email and we will check what is going on.
